Issues with Glarean or digital teaching/learning tools
For problems using Glarean, the iPads, or similar university services, send an email to e-learning@mh-freiburg.de.
Technical problems
For issues with Wi-Fi, computers, the network, the telephone system, or similar infrastructure, open a ticket by sending a concise description of your problem to it-support@mh-freiburg.de.
